Josh Tolley
For the past three years or so, I have been fairly actively involved in the PostgreSQL community, as lead developer for the PostgreSQL SNMP agent pgsnmpd, and sole developer of PL/LOLCODE, an implementation of the LOLCODE programming language for use writing PostgreSQL stored procedures. During business hours (and an unfortunately large proportion of non-business hours) I can be found working on a federal e-commerce site monitoring its performance, preparing innovative data visualizations for its customers, and messing with statistics in hopes of finding interesting tidbits in the data the site generates.
Nathan Zaugg
Nathan Zaugg is a consultant for SolutionStream and leads and designs projects utilizing Microsoft technologies. He has led projects for prestigious clients including Bonneville Communications, Warner Music, and the LDS Church. He has been working exclusively with the .NET since version 1.0 and has been consulting for the past 4 years. He obtained his BS in Computer Science at Weber State University. He is a Microsoft Certified Applications Developer and is working toward his Microsoft Certified Professional Developer certification. Nate also actively presents for Utah Code Camp and the local users group (NUNUG) on the latest Microsoft Technologies.

Eric Berry
Eric Berry is a convert to the Ruby language, along with Rails. He was a co-founder of ShareAPhoto.com which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2006. Over the past two years, Eric has focused on learning as much about the Ruby language as possible. He is the CTO of Partner Fusion, a company that specializes in search marketing, affiliate programs, and lead generation. He is the author of Rails Pocket Reference (O'Reilly - Oct 2008). Eric is happily married, enjoys spending as much time with his very supportive wife, Aubree, and looks after a 'yorkie' named Maddie. He is expecting his first baby in January 2009. Gordon Clarke
Gordon Clarke is managing the Developer Services and API Marketing for the FamilySearch. Previously, Gordon was the founder and president of ici MEDIA. Over the last 25 years, Gordon has organized and lead numerous companies and projects, creating and delivering internet, desktop computer, audio/video, and enterprise solutions for many different industries.
Jimmy Zimmerman
Before joining FamilySearch, Jimmy led a small consulting team building Ruby on Rails web applications such as FamilyInHistory.com and USFamilyTree.com. Jimmy holds a Master of Information Systems Management degree from BYU's Marriott School of Management
Ben Miller
I have spent over 20 years in the Computer industry. From being an IT Consultant, to developing solutions in ASP and .NET, to working at Microsoft in Community Support (specifically with the MVPs) and now as the Director of DBA services at Nature's Sunshine Products in Provo. SQL Server is at the core of my skillset and I love to get my hands dirty in whatever is in SQL Server. I was raised in Utah, have a wife and 2 children and currently reside in Lehi.
John Anderson
Software engineer at Orchid Event Solutions, he is responsible for the development of localized and re-usable server side controls that are very dynamic utilizing a mix of jQuery and ASP.NET AJAX. For the last few years he has been perfecting the craft of ASP.NET control development with a mix of client side libraries with localization and re-usability in mind.
Mike J. Berry
Mike lives in Draper, UT and is the VP of Software Development and DBA Administration for SPS, a Utah-based mortgage-servicing institution. He has been programming since age 12 and has been in management for the past 10 years. He has a BS degree in Information Systems and Technologies from Weber State University, and is a member of PMI, IEEE, and is a certified ScrumMaster. R. Aaron Zupancic
Aaron is a Senior Software Architect with Experlogix specializing in .NET technologies. Over the past 13 years in the software development industry, he has been a consultant in the Microsoft Rocky Mountain District, a software architect/engineer, as well as an acclaimed trainer and instructor on several Microsoft technologies. Dave DeLong
I am a Cocoa developer based in Provo, UT. I have been writing apps for several years and have spent time at Apple learning Cocoa from the people who wrote the frameworks. I have quite a bit of experience writing apps for iPhone, though I have not publicly released any yet.I recently ran a contest for BYU students centered on iPhone development, which included teaching twice-weekly help sessions. I am the president of the BYU CocoaHeads club, and am a senior majoring in Computer Science.
Joseph Scott
Joseph Scott is a developer at Automattic (the parent company responsible for WordPress.com, Akismet, Gravatar and more recently IntenseDebate and PollDaddy) and contributing developer to the WordPress project. A long time WordPress user, his specific areas of focus for WordPress development have been the XML-RPC and AtomPub APIs, performance tweaking and bug fixing.
TJay Belt
Tjay is a Database Administrator for Infrastructure Engineering group of Cybersource, Inc.He has studied computer science at BYU and developed and administered databases his entire career.TJay has used SQL Server versions 7, 2000 and 2005 since 1998, and has been a DBA for 5 1/2 years.TJay has enjoyed delivering presentations for Microsoft, Affiliated Computer Services, local SQL Server User groups, PASS SIG, as well as a few past Utah Code Camps.He is the founder and PASS chapter leader of the Utah County SQL Server user group.He is the founder of the PASS Special Interest Group "Auditing & Compliance".He is the a regional mentor for PASS User Groups.TJay truly enjoys working with and administering database, and his real passion lies in creating solutions.
David S. Owen
David S. Owen started programming on a TRS-80 in 1986. He became proficient in many languages, including C, C++, x86 assembly, Java, Python, and Common Lisp. In 2004, after only 3.5 years, he earned a dual-major Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from Westminster College, Utah, graduating cum laude. He was later admitted for a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Utah, with a prestigious Wayne Brown fellowship. He has developed software for several small businesses, and has a track-record of entering at-risk projects and bringing them to successful completion. He currently does contracting and is developing his own commercial products.In his free time, he enjoys his family, the great outdoors, studying political history, singing, and playing the piano and organ.
Phil Gilmore
Phil is a C# developer with 13 years of experience in software development. His programming has varied from Basic to Delphi to C# and several languages between. He has targeted many platforms including DOS, Windows, OS/2 and .NET. He is a frequent technical speaker for and is involved in the organization of the Salt Lake City Delphi Users Group and the Northern Utah .NET Users Group.
Pat Wright
Pat is currently a Database Manager for Medicity Inc. He Currently is an Board of Director for Professional Association of SQL Server (www.sqlpass.org). Pat has been working with SQL Server for about 10 years in various roles of DBA, Database Developer, and Data warehouse Developer. He has been a chapter leader for 3 years for the SLC SQL Chapter (www.slcsql.com), started the SLC IT Pro users group (www.slcitpro.com) and runs the Utah Code Camp (www.utcodecamp.com). He was a SQL MVP in 2006 and 2007.

Scott Golightly

Richard Thomson
Richard is a Microsoft MVP for DirectX and XNA. He has been working in computer graphics for 25 years and is also interested in agile development, unit testing and refactoring. He spends most of his time programming in C# and native C++, but has used a wide variety of languages over the years.
